This single page links to all three role hubs and the live demo. When in doubt, this is the one URL you hand to anyone.

The three training hubs

Each role has its own page: a video page (the demos) and a written guide at /manual.

The live demo (for prospects to try)

Where the actual files are kept (the plumbing)

🎬 The videos live in CLOUDFLARE R2 — three storage buckets: sguk-carer-hub (1), sguk-training-hub (15), sguk-owner-hub (1).

📄 The hub pages & written guides are CLOUDFLARE PAGES — projects sguk-start, sguk-carer-hub, sguk-training-hub, sguk-owner-hub.

🖥️ The demo app is the live SafeguardingUK app running on GURU at demo.safeguarduk.app.

🔧 All of it is managed by Claude. You never need to touch the plumbing — just say "add a video to the manager hub" or "change the carer guide" and it's done.

Open items (so nothing's forgotten)

Manager video M10 (Alert Settings) — the script/voiceover exists, but the video isn't uploaded yet. The manager hub expects 16; only 15 are live.
New written guides (Carer / Manager / Owner) went live 10 June. Their "Watch the video" buttons are placeholders — they get wired to each video once your new videos are made.
