Carer Video — Speak Up — raise something anonymously

Hi, I'm Clive from SafeguardingUK.

In this video I'll show you Speak Up.

Use it for a worry about a colleague, the workplace, or anything you'd rather raise without giving your name.

At the top of the screen, tap Speak Up.

Choose what your concern is about, and describe it.

Be as specific as you can.

The more detail you give — names, dates, places — the better.

That's what lets your manager or safeguarding lead deal with it properly.

If they don't have all the information, they won't be able to deal with it correctly.

Then — who do you want this allocated to?

Type who you'd like to pick it up, or leave it blank.

Your name is optional.

Leave it blank to stay completely anonymous.

If you'd like someone to come back to you, tick the box and add your email.

Otherwise, send it anonymously.

Then tap Submit Report.

Adding your name, or not, makes no difference to how seriously your concern is taken.
