The top row of buttons shows your totals — all concerns, open, escalated, and critical.

Click any of those to open the full list on the Reports page — for example, Critical opens just the critical ones.

Below those buttons, the Latest 10 Concerns list shows the most recent — with the critical ones always at the top.
