Manager Video — Manage your service users

Read these lines aloud, one at a time, pausing naturally. Each amber PAUSE is a natural stopping point. Don't memorise — just read.

Go to Service Users, and add each person — their name, date of birth, address, care type, and a key contact.

Then assign staff to each service user, using the button.

Either pick them from the dropdown, or use search if you have a lot of staff.

That way, the service user appears in that staff member's list when they report a concern.
