Hi, I'm Clive from SafeguardingUK.

In this video I'll show you Reports — your complete record of every concern, and the page you'll rely on for oversight and inspections.

Open Reports from the menu. Every concern your team has logged lives here.

Each row shows the key facts — the reference, date, service user, category, severity, status, and who it's allocated to.

Along the top are your views: All Concerns, a Monthly Summary, the Report Pack, Speak Up reports, and the Archive of older closed concerns.

You can also group the list — by severity, by service user, by staff member, or by contract.

First, the everyday reporting. Use the filters to find exactly what you need.

Quick date buttons — all time, this year, the last twelve months, three months, or last month — or set your own dates.

Then narrow it down: to one service user, a staff member, a status, a contract or funding source, or a severity level.

When it's set the way you want, click Run Report.

Now you can print it, save it as a PDF, or download it as a CSV — whatever suits.

It's a full record — incident date, service user, category, severity, status, who reported it, the action taken, who it was escalated to, and the outcome.

Now the most important one for inspections — the Report Pack.

This is exactly what CQC will ask to see when they come in.

Choose your dates and any filters — a service user, a category, a severity, a date range.

Click Generate Report Pack, and it builds a complete, professional safeguarding record.

It opens in a new tab — print it or save it as a PDF, and hand it straight to the inspector.

Finally, three tools at the top.

Trend Analysis — your concerns grouped by category over time, to spot patterns.

Incident Audit — the full, action-by-action history of every concern.

And Download Full Backup — your entire safeguarding record in a single file.
