In this video I'll explain your role as the owner — what's yours to do, and what you leave to your managers.

As the owner, you've got three main jobs.

First — you create the people who run safeguarding day to day: your managers. You give each one Manager Access, and they get a welcome email to set up their login. I'll show you how in the next video.
